Day 283

Wow I did not thinking anyone ever came here. I am in shock!! I thought my blog was forgoten. So We are keeping our fingers crossed should close on Monday. Providing for once the mail from Iraq will go our way. So the loan is good all we are waiting for is a hard copy of the 5 POA from the hubby and the paperwork I already signed that he had to sign again. Thanks to spouse taking advantage of the POA system the VA will not take them pretty much. I understand and all cause it is nothing like coming home to oh you bought a house your wife did not tell you yeah well I am the bank and I am taking it back. LOL I tell you it is a bit crazy but got it done and now just waiting on the postal service.
